Cheryl Wentz

Cheryl has over 20 years accounting experience in the private industry. Her responsibilities include bookkeeping, accounting software consulting, payroll, tax preparation and compiled financial statements. She handles in-house bookkeeping and is also able to assist on-site at the client's office. Currently, she assists our office as a California Notary Public.

Sandy Mangini

Sandy has over 15 years of accounting experience, including three years in a CPA environment. She handles in-house bookkeeping for various types of clients, payroll, tax return preparation, compiled financial statements and other business services.

Joan Wada

Joan has had over 16 years of accounting experience, including seven years in small business bookkeeping and business services. She has been self employed owning an antique clothing store in San Francisco and has done business to business sales. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. She handles in-house bookkeeping for various types of clients.

Khela Campos

Khela is our Administrative Assistant Receptionist. Khela graduated from James Hogan High School. Since then she has taken courses and training and is a Certified Level 1 Customer Service Representative. Khela also worked in the Forms Design/Production field for four years. Another of Khela's many talents includes singing. She won the 2006 State Fair Talent Show singing Whitney Houston's "I Have Nothing". Khela's current duties include reception, office admin and scheduling. Khela looks forward to speaking with you when you make your next call to our office.

Tracy Hillery

Tracy will have been with our firm for three tax seasons this year. She worked at a CPA firm in Walnut Creek for 10 years and was office manager before taking time off to raise her family. She is back in the work force again with Carol Keane & Associates and looks forward to speaking with you. Tracy works part-time during the off season and full-time beginning in December and throughout the busy season. Her duties include phones, appointment scheduling, tax return follow-up, administrative and general office.
