About Carol Keane & Associates’s Staff

Cheryl Corsa 

Cheryl came to the firm in January 2001 with over 30 years of public accounting experience. A Certified Public Accountant, Cheryl has spent most of her career specializing in tax return preparation and tax planning for individuals, small businesses, partnerships and corporations.

Her previous work experience includes a senior supervisory tax position at an international accounting firm as well as a managerial position in the tax department of a local accounting firm. Cheryl received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley in Business Administration. She also graduated from Golden Gate University with a Masters Degree in Taxation.

Mary Jo Barge 

Mary Jo has over 20 years of accounting experience, including 13 years in a CPA environment, and 3 years of actuarial experience. She graduated from Chico State University with a degree in Mathematics.

Mary Jo handles in house and on site bookkeeping and Quickbooks assistance for various clients, payroll tax returns, sales and use tax returns, business property tax (571L) and assists with income tax preparation for individuals and entities.

Tracy Hillery 

Tracy has been with our firm since 2006. Prior to coming to Carol Keane & Associates, she worked at a CPA firm in Walnut Creek for 10 years as the office manager before taking time off to raise her family. She looks forward to working with you to make your experience with Carol Keane & Associates a pleasant one.

Tracy’s duties include office administration, appointment scheduling, tax return follow-up and processing, accounts receivable and friendly customer service for your phone calls and office visits.
